Riello UPS has announced a new merger with Constant Power Services and Powertecnique.
The merger will officially take effect from 1 January 2025, with a statement from Riello saying that the move “aims to enhance service offerings, expand customer support, and drive innovation in the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) industry.”
Once the merger is in place, the number of Riello UPS employees will double, with engineering resource specifically more than trebling. The merged company will comprise two offices in the south of England, plus another facility in Scotland, in addition to the Riello UPS headquarters in Wrexham, North Wales.
