atNorth has appointed Jörgen Larsson as Director of Hyperscale Operations as the company scales across the Nordics.
Larsson, who brings 20 years of experience in the data centre sector, will oversee the startup of all atNorth’s new facilities as part of the company’s expansion strategy.
Larsson spent 11 years with Meta before joining atNorth, where he led on the startup of their new high capacity data centres in Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Singapore.
Previously, he held a number of senior positions at Swedish telecommunications business Telia, including Head of Energy Solutions and Head of Access Networks.
“Jörgen Larsson has a wealth of experience in the building and management of large capacity global data centres,” said Erling Guðmundsson, Chief Operations Officer at atNorth.
