Lenovo has announced the appointment of Dr. Tolga Kurtoglu as the group’s new Chief Technology Officer.
Kurtoglu will take over from Dr. Yong Rui, who will now head up a newly formed Emerging Technology Group.
Kurtoglu has a held a number of leading roles within the IT industry, including CTO of HP Inc. and Global Head of HP Labs, CEO of Xerox Palo Alto Research Centre, as well as acting as lead for the product development group at Dell.

As well as taking the lead of Lenovo’s Research team, Dr. Kurtoglu will serve as a member on the Lenovo Executive Committee, the leadership team at Lenovo.
