Consulting engineering group Ramboll has announced its acquisition of data centre consultancy EYP Mission Critical Facilities (EYPMCF).
The 50-person strong EYPMCF supports global clients in storing, securing and moving digital assets. Following this acquisition, Ramboll offers over 100 dedicated data centre experts across the globe and expects its revenue from data centre consulting services to reach USD 60 million in 2025.
Ramboll hopes the moved will strengthen its position on the international stage of data centre consultancies and contribute to the aim of reducing the carbon footprint of the industry.
