Clearlake Capital Group has completed its acquisition of cybersecurity, data intelligence, and IT operations management software provider Quest Software.
Founded in 1987, Quest Software will continue to be led by Quest CEO Patrick Nichols, supported by the existing executive management team. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
