Vertiv has established a new legal entity in Norway as it supports Green Mountain’s expansion in Northern Europe.
Green Mountain is currently developing the 150 MW OSL2-Hamar project located in Hamar, Norway. The site will be powered by 90 MW of renewable hydropower energy and will be capable of providing grid balancing services. The facility is scheduled to deploy its first 30 MW building in November 2023.

Vertiv has partnered with Green Mountain since 2020, with the latter deploying Vertiv Liebert EXL S1 UPS with Dynamic Grid Support and advanced battery storage systems.
