T5 Data Centers (T5) has announced a long-term lease and build-to-suit project with Flexential to develop a 54 MW campus at T5’s Hillsboro, Oregon location.
T5 Construction Services will deliver an initial 138,000 sqft data centre providing 18 MW of capacity, followed by a 358,000 sqft, 36 MW facility aligned with Flexential’s specifications and sustainability commitments.
Development of T5’s Oregon campus began in 2020, with its first data centre project being delivered in 2014.
