Node4 has announced that NHS Digital has renewed its Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) certification for a seventh year running.
The Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) is the NHS’ digital platform for accessing and exchanging electronic information, helping drive its services at a national and regional level.
The HSCN standards enable network suppliers to achieve compliance and sell connectivity services to the sector.
Node4 has said that its retained HSCN Stage 2 compliance status confirms that it has passed the audit process covering their solution and service management design and that it is successfully connected into the HSCN Core Services.
Node4’s UK-based data centres can continue to supply the country’s health and social care sector with integrated healthcare-specific network and connectivity solutions.
“Obtaining recertification for Health & Social Care Network (HSCN) Connectivity Services for the seventh year running is critical in support of our clients and a great achievement for Node4,” said Ian Thomas, Chief Operating Officer at Node4.
“This certification underscores our commitment to delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality connectivity solutions tailored to the unique needs of the health and social care sector. We understand how much this underpins the ability for our clients to deliver their vital services and recognise the role we play in helping them to achieve that.
“The HSCN certification ensures we comply with stringent security standards, allows us to offer superior connectivity solutions, and reinforces our reputation as a trusted provider to support our clients in providing exceptional care.”
