Final two weeks to enter the DCR Excellence Awards 2026

Those wishing to be in with a chance of winning a Data Centre Review Excellence Award have just two weeks left to submit their entries, with submissions set to close on April 1, 2026.

The DCR Excellence Awards have been refreshed for 2026 with a new structure designed to make the process clearer and easier to navigate. Categories are now organised into three tracks – Projects, Products & Solutions, and People & Organisations – helping entrants identify where their submissions fit and what each category is intended to recognise.

As part of that overhaul, each category includes its own eligibility requirements, recommendations on what to include in an entry, and published judging criteria with weightings. The intention is to improve transparency and give entrants a clearer understanding of how submissions will be assessed.

Entering the DCR Excellence Awards 2026 has also been made easier, with entries handled through the new online Awards Portal, which allows users to save submissions as drafts and return to complete them later. The portal also sets out category criteria and entry guidance within the submission process itself, with the aim of making the process more straightforward from start to finish.

While the changes were introduced at launch, the deadline is now approaching quickly. For those planning to take part, the remaining 14 days are the final opportunity to prepare and submit an entry before judging gets under way.

This year’s winners will be announced at Data Centre Review’s new flagship event, DCR Live 2026, on June 25 at the Cavendish Centre, London. You can find out more details about that here
