Rehlko completes WB Power Services integration following acquisition

Rehlko has completed the integration of WB Power Services into its UK and EMEA platform, with the former UK business now operating under the Rehlko name.

The move follows Rehlko’s acquisition of WB Power Services back in August 2025 and is being touted as a way to strengthen the company’s ability to support critical power projects across hyperscale, colocation and enterprise data centres.

WB Power Services has long operated in the UK data centre market, supporting customers with engineering, installation, commissioning and long-term service requirements. Those capabilities will now form part of Rehlko’s broader operating model, with the company aiming to offer more consistent delivery across the full lifecycle of power systems.

Lenaik Andrieux, General Manager – EMEA, India and LATAM at Rehlko, noted, “This milestone marks an important moment for our organisation. Bringing WB Power Services onto the Rehlko platform combines a strong UK engineering heritage, highly experienced teams, and long-standing customer relationships within a single operating model. While the name changes, what matters most remains constant: deep technical expertise, trusted execution, and a long-term partnership mindset. This strengthens how we deliver consistent, high-quality power solutions and lifecycle support for customers across the region.”

Francis Perrin, Chief Brand and Sustainability Officer at Rehlko, added, “Aligning our UK operations under the Rehlko platform strengthens our operating model and expands our ability to serve customers in markets where reliability, scale, and consistency are critical. This milestone reinforces Rehlko’s position as a scaled platform with end-to-end lifecycle capabilities –spanning design, installation, testing, and long-term service – and supports our ability to meet accelerating demand in mission-critical environments, including data centres, across the UK and EMEA.”

The former WB Power Services team will continue to serve customers in the UK, but now under the Rehlko name.
